Constructed with 100% virgin vinyl material, Twelve Oaks® vinyl floors are more structurally stable than many competitors’ product on the market. Our luxury vinyl floors come in both planks and tiles. They are warmer underfoot than traditional tile or stone, and are more forgiving for everyday accidents – outstanding for busy families and high traffic spaces. These floors come in an array of realistic patterns, available in slate, travertine, wood, and many other trendy design patterns. None of our luxury vinyl flooring needs grouting, less mess, less time.

Is Twelve Oaks® Luxury Vinyl flooring waterproof?

Many vinyl flooring on the market claim to be “waterproof” but are often times misleading. Our planks and tiles are technically waterproof, especially since they are made with 100% virgin vinyl material. But the truth is that no installation can guarantee a watertight seal. As a result, any liquid left to sit on a vinyl floor will eventually seep through the crevices in between joints, where mold and mildew can grow on the subfloor underneath. This is why we say that our luxury vinyl flooring is highly moisture resistant, not waterproof. Follow our Care and Maintenance Guide to keep your luxury floor looking its best.

Does Twelve Oaks® luxury vinyl flooring qualify for Green Building Projects?
